PRODUCTION AREA: Includes the hilly area of the municipality of San Gimignano in the province of Siena. The soils are of Pliocene origin, the land intended for wine production is of tuffaceous and clayey origin.
VARIETY: Vernaccia di San Gimignano 100%
PRODUCTION – VINIFICATION: Grapes harvested by hand, softly pressed, controlled fermentation at 16° in stainless steel tanks.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Colour: Light straw yellow.
Bouquet: Fragrant and fruity with notes of white flowers and tropical fruits.
Taste: The finish is fresh and mineral.
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Pairings: It goes very well with fish with preparations based on vegetables and white meats.
